The Painting Rental Program allows individuals and corporate clients to purchase or rent quality, original artwork for home or office at affordable prices. All of the artwork is created by Woong G. Jung. You can choose paintings from gallery page or contact me to arrange an appointment to visit our studio to see further work.

Paintings can be rented by government departments, agencies, corporations, boards and commissions, the corporate sector, nonprofit organizations, schools, universities, hospitals and other educational institutions.

For potential buyers, the service is an opportunity to live with a work before committing to the final purchase.

For corporate clients, Art Rental is a way to enhance the work environment while avoiding the capital outlay required for a purchase

The painting can be change in every 1-6 months.

What Is the Painting Rental Program?

Who can rent art?

Paintings can be rented by government departments, agencies, corporations, boards and commissions, the corporate sector, nonprofit organizations, schools, universities, hospitals and other educational institutions.

 

How much does it cost to rent artworks?

The minimum total annual rental is $120. The annual rental fees for individual artworks range from $120 a year through to $300 a year.

 

How long is the rental period?

Clients rent work of choice on a monthly basis. Artworks are generally rented for from a month to a year.  Upon expiration of the rental contract, the client may choose to renew the contract, continue renting, exchange work for something new or terminate the agreement and return the artwork.

 

What If I Want to Buy the Artwork?

All Rental artwork is for sale and can be purchased at any time during the rental. All rent paid for an individual piece during the rental period will go towards the purchase price of that piece (to a maximum of twelve month¡¯s rent).

In the event of a client or other interested party wishing to purchase a rented artwork, Woongart  can immediately replace that artwork and deliver another equivalent piece per client's agreement.

 

What About Insurance?

Does Woongart have a catalogue of the works available for rent?

Woongart does not have a catalogue of all the works available for rent as they are constantly changing. Woongart can provide clients with a photographic selection of artworks if clients are unable to visit our studio.

Payment : Rentals are payment in advance plus a security deposit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

 

Identification : We require at least one form of proper identification for all rentals.

 

Delivery and Installation : Delivery, installation, and  pickup service is available. Please call for rates.

 

Rental period : Clients rent work of choice on a monthly basis. Artworks are generally rented for from a month to a year. You can choose the rental period as you want .

 

Damage : You are responsible for all damage to the items while rented to you. We offer a damage waiver at an additional fee which covers accidental damage to rented paintings.

 

Note : In the event of a client or other interested party wishing to purchase a rented artwork, Woongart  can immediately replace that artwork and deliver another equivalent piece per client's agreement.
